Located in Mount Joy, the company began in 2023 by Ben Zurin to concentrate on full-service, site-specific excavations, drainage and foundation construction. Driven by an eagerness to solve problems and work through excavation challenges, the Zurin team is focused on the prep and potential of your site and offers creative suggestions to prepare for construction.

Once pre-construction is complete, count on our guidance and building expertise for your general masonry projects. Ben learned the masonry trade through a family business and has perfected his installation skills over the past 23 years. Everything from building with stone and stone veneer, pouring concrete and creating stamped designs, to building with block and laying pavers.

Each vehicle in the Zurin fleet maneuvers large boulders for retaining walls, digs foundations, and meticulously grades a site to your exact specifications. We get the area cleaned and cleared so your construction can begin.

Equipment includes a 7-ton track skid loader for moving bulk materials and adding a fine grade to large areas. A 5-ton excavator is outfitted with a tilt rotator and is guided by a laser grade guidance hardware system to do precise work without disturbing the rest of your site. A dump truck delivers material and removes debris from each jobsite. In addition, we can access any other specialty vehicles a job might require.
